- Cooked Rice: 2 cups
- Idly chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 3 teaspoon
- Mustard: half a teaspoon
- Blend: A teaspoon
- Garlic: 4 pcs
- Curry leaves: The required size
- Oil: 2 teaspoon
- Salt: The required amount
- Pour the Garlic skin and peel it off
- Add some oil (gingelly oil is better)
- Dry Mustard
- Add Curry leaves
- Chopped Garlic and roast in rice.
- Add the spice mixture, lemon juice, salt.
